Marketing Director – Global Luxury Brand
London / Hybrid
A category-defining luxury brand at the intersection of beauty and high-performance living is entering its next chapter: bold international expansion across the world's most competitive markets. We're looking for a Marketing Director to shape its brand and voice on the global stage.
This is a brand-first role. At its core, it's about building a name people trust, talk about, and want to be part of — through the right partnerships, the right press, and a story told with real cultural weight. We need someone who thinks in headlines and halo effects as much as in funnels and forecasts.
The Opportunity
- You'll own the global brand vision — how it looks, sounds, and shows up everywhere it matters working closely with founders and senior leadership.
- This is a chance to build something with real staying power: a brand with gravity, backed by partnerships that open doors and PR that shapes the narrative before competitors even catch up.
- You'll set the strategic direction and stay close to the execution — curating the partnerships, media relationships, and brand moments that turn a great product into a category-defining name.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
