Ayala Land International Marketing Ltd. (UK) is seeking an accomplished Marketing Director to lead revenue growth and market expansion for Ayala Land’s Philippine real estate portfolio targeting UK-based investors and buyers.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Tagalog
- Must be a permanent resident of UK or holder of a valid work permit
- Four-year college graduate
- At least 2 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibility
- Proven track record in real estate or high-value asset marketing
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine property market
- Demonstrated success marketing to UK-based clients
- Expertise in digital marketing strategy and marketing performance management
- Consistent history of achieving revenue growth and marketing targets
