Marketing Director – Multi-Site Hospitality Group
Location: London Salary: £110,000+ package
The premier multi-site hospitality group is investing in bold growth and seeks an exceptional Marketing Director to shape and elevate their brand, communications, and global marketing strategy. In a leadership position, you will define how the brand is perceived, experienced, and expanded across the UK and international markets—ensuring premium consistency, commercial success, and customer engagement at scale.
About the Role
- Develop and execute the global marketing and communications strategy, aligning across all locations
- Lead brand positioning to ensure a strong, coherent, and compelling identity
- Oversee customer experience strategy, tracking performance metrics across every site
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets at global and local levels
- Drive integrated campaigns spanning PR, digital, social media, events, and storytelling
- Champion CSR and sustainability initiatives, embedding them into brand messaging
- Partner with external delivery partners to uphold brand integrity and drive growth
- Collaborate with design and architecture teams for cohesive brand alignment in new openings
- Support menu development and commercial marketing to boost sales and profitability

Requirements
Experience
- Proven senior leadership in hospitality or premium consumer brands (multi-site or global preference)
- Wealth of experience in branding, communications, digital, social media, and PR strategy
- Track record of building and scaling premium, customer-centric brands
- Commercially astute—drives growth through data-informed decision-making
- Strategic-thinker with a creative, agile mindset for fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Deep passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
