We're working with a leading UK law firm that is looking to appoint an Events Executive to join its Marketing & Business Development team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied programme of client events, conferences, webinars, networking events and sponsorships, delivering high-quality experiences that support the firm's growth.

  • Planning and delivering in-person, virtual and hybrid events.
  • Managing the firm's events calendar and logistics.
  • Coordinating invitations, RSVPs and event communications.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Business Development and key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring event performance and identifying new opportunities.

You'll have:

  • 3-5 years' experience in events, marketing or business development.
  • Ideally a professional services background.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects.
