Deliver impactful events that engage audiences and drive meaningful business outcomes
We are looking for a Marketing Event Executive to join our Marketing team, supporting the delivery of a growing and high-profile events programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early experience in events or marketing who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced B2B environment. Working closely with the Head of Events, you will play a key role in ensuring events are delivered professionally, run seamlessly, and contribute to wider demand generation and brand objectives.
What you’ll be doing
You will support the end-to-end delivery of a varied events programme, contributing to both execution and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of exhibitions, conferences, customer events, roundtables and webinars
- Coordinating event logistics including venues, suppliers, travel, accommodation and on-site requirements
- Managing timelines and ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
- Assisting with on-site event delivery to ensure a high-quality attendee experience
- Supporting event promotion through email campaigns, social media and event communications
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for events
- Tracking registrations and attendance, and supporting post-event reporting and follow-up activity
- Maintaining event plans, budgets, trackers and supporting general administration

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in an events, marketing or marketing operations role
- Exposure to supporting corporate events, exhibitions or conferences
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Additionally, experience working in B2B marketing environments and familiarity with marketing automation, CRM or event platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Cvent or similar) would be advantageous.
