Role Responsibilities
The position will involve:
- Deal with incoming enquiries by phone or email and send a proposal in accordance with customer requirements.
- Negotiate and agree on rates according to Selling Strategies
- Pro-actively work as a member of the team, contributing to maximising revenue and generate business
- Meet potential clients to show them the Hotel facilities
- Effective Diary Management
- Send Contracts to clients and keep departments and clients updated in a timely manner
- Work and co-operate with the team and other departments and offer support and assistance when necessary
- Organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Communicate client’s requirements both verbally and written via Delphi computer system to all departments within the hotel

Key Requirements
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Creative thinking and be able to think outside of the box.
- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
- Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role although not essential.
- Experience of Delphi or similar.
