Manchester

£25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience

Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

Excellent benefits package including: 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing with length of service, pension, life cover, private healthcare and cash plan, enhanced maternity and paternity pay.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing & Events Assistant to join our small marketing team based at a great location in Manchester City Centre. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will support a range of marketing activities with a particular focus on the planning, marketing and delivery of our online events. You will also play a key role in website updates; branding our marketing collateral; social media communications; internal comms and directory entries. You will be involved with activities to gather and present data to demonstrate the impact of marketing activity and expected to provide general marketing and administrative support.

If you have a passion for marketing, brilliant organisation skills and experience of delivering online events, we’d like to hear from you. Strong IT skills, an adaptable approach, a keen eye for detail and first-class written and verbal communication ability are essential, as is a desire to get involved and help to develop our busy events programmes so they continue to be viewed as best in class. You will need to be a confident and friendly communicator, happy to deal with customer enquiries and will be committed to a career in marketing (perhaps with a full or part marketing qualification).
