Marketing & Events Co-ordinator

About the Role

As our Marketing & Events Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning, delivering, and promoting in-person and virtual events, while supporting day-to-day marketing activities.

You’ll be part of a creative, collaborative marketing team based at our HQ in Warrington, working closely with colleagues and our global reseller network to deliver engaging campaigns and successful events that strengthen our brand and community.


Main Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating, and delivering events, including webinars, reseller events, trade shows, and community activities
  • Maintaining website event listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Promoting events through email campaigns, social media, and website content
  • Writing and creating engaging content, including:
    • Newsletters
    • Email campaigns
    • Social media posts
  • Tracking and reporting on event performance and marketing activity to:
    • Inform continuous improvement
    • Drive registrations

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enthusiastic about marketing and events.

You’ll thrive in our team if you:

  • Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excel as a communicator, both written and verbal
  • Can confidently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Have a creative mindset with a drive to bring new ideas to the team
  • Are reliable, resourceful, and committed to completion of tasks
  • Are eager to learn and develop new skills

Requirements

Essential:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Proven ability to create engaging marketing content, including:
    • Email campaigns
    • Social media posts
  • Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics (e.g., email or event analytics)

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Marketing qualification
  • Experience in events management
