Marketing Events Coordinator
Ralawise is looking for an organised, energetic, and creative Marketing Events Coordinator to join our Marketing team.
This is a varied role where you’ll help bring the Ralawise brand to life through high-quality event experiences. You’ll support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, customer events, product launches, partner activities, and internal events.
Working closely with the wider Marketing team, Sales, Design, suppliers, and brand partners, you’ll help ensure every event is delivered professionally, on time, and in line with our brand standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning, coordinating, and supporting the delivery of events, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer activities
- Managing event logistics, including venues, travel, accommodation, catering, registration, printed materials, and on-site coordination
- Working with internal teams to ensure events support business priorities and customer communication plans
- Liaising with suppliers, venues, contractors, and brand partners
- Supporting event budgets, quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and expenditure tracking
- Helping to create and coordinate event marketing materials and communications
- Providing hands-on support at events, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting
- Gathering feedback and supporting post-event reporting to help improve future activity
- Maintaining event equipment, display materials, and marketing assets

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in event delivery, marketing coordination, or a similar commercially focused role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and partners
- Good attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- A genuine interest in events, marketing, and brand experience
- This is an onsite role, so you must live within a daily commutable distance of Deeside

- A marketing or events qualification
- Experience using CRM, event, or marketing systems
Additional Requirements
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland, with occasional international travel and overnight stays where required
- Flexibility to support events that may occasionally require early starts or late finishes
- Comfortable working in a role that combines desk-based coordination with hands-on event delivery
