The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially aware Marketing & Events Executive to support the delivery of high-quality marketing activity for our UK business that drives growth, enhances our brand and strengthens our market positioning.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in our state-of-the-art Havas Village London.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning, executing and optimising integrated marketing campaigns and events. You’ll contribute across a broad range of activity, from digital channels and CRM to content and event delivery, helping ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.

This role is ideal for an organised and collaborative marketing professional with hands-on experience across events, CRM and campaign execution, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the Senior Marketing Manager with the planning and delivery of marketing, brand and communications activity by:
- Delivering hands-on marketing across digital channels, including content, social media, website management, and CRM.
- Organising and delivering events, handling logistics such as invitations, registration, room setup, supplier coordination and on-the-day support.
- Supporting the execution of integrated marketing and growth campaigns, defining objectives, audiences, messaging and channels.
- Applying brand guidelines to ensure tone of voice and visual consistency across all communications.
- Drafting external communications such as trade press releases announcing client wins, senior hires and key updates, for approval.
- Supporting new business activity by preparing pitch materials, credential decks and marketing assets.
- Tracking and reporting on marketing performance, producing reports on website, social, event and email performance.
- Managing website updates (CMS publishing, content updates, basic SEO tasks) and supporting digital/social activity.
- Using the CRM day-to-day to support campaigns, events, audience lists and pipeline tracking (but not typically owning CRM strategy or governance).

Skills & Experience
- Up to 2 years relevant experience in a marketing role, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment
- Demonstrable experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including content, social, CRM and events
- Experience organising and delivering events, with strong attention to detail and logistical coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and engaging external communications
- Good understanding of brand management and the ability to apply tone of voice and visual guidelines consistently
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of how marketing activity supports business growth and client engagement
- Data literate, with experience tracking performance and using insights to improve activity
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and proactive, with experience working effectively with colleagues and a range of stakeholders
- Willingness to support corporate events, including welcoming visitors, representing the organisation, and coordinating logistics (room set-up, catering and AV) with internal stakeholders and support teams
