This isn't just another marketing role – it's a unique opportunity to work client-side with one of the world's leading payments companies.
You'll play a key role in bringing marketing initiatives and events to life across France, Benelux & Luxembourg (FBL). You'll be responsible for coordinating high-impact events that strengthen client relationships, showcase thought leadership, and support business growth.
Alongside event delivery, you'll provide broader marketing support to the team. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple markets to help develop sales enablement materials, thought leadership content, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives that support Visa's commercial objectives.

- Coordinate high-impact events across France, Benelux & Luxembourg (FBL)
- Strengthen client relationships through event coordination
- Showcase thought leadership and support business growth
- Provide broader marketing support to the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple markets
- Develop sales enablement materials, thought leadership content, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives
Requirements
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in French or Spanish (ideally both), with the ability to communicate confidently in English
- Experienced in coordinating events, marketing activities, or project delivery
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- Creative in solving problems and finding ways to enhance marketing initiatives
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Comfortable working at pace in a dynamic, international environment
