What you'll be doing
You will be a commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised Marketing & Events Manager joining Corpay’s Global Marketing team in London (Paddington), supporting the growth of our Private Markets business across the UK, EMEA, North America, and APAC.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a varied and high-impact marketing role within a fast-moving, specialist vertical. You will shape and deliver marketing and events activity for private markets stakeholders, including:
- Private equity firms
- Investment managers
- Fund administrators
- Corporate service providers
- Law firms
- Institutional investors
- Other key industry participants
The role has a strong events focus, as Corpay Private Markets hosts a year-round calendar of:
- Sponsored conferences
- Industry events
- Private dinners
- Roundtables
- Webinars
- Client and prospect hospitality
- Collaborative partnerships and proprietary Corpay-hosted events
You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and measuring this programme, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy, reinforcing Corpay’s market position, and creating meaningful engagement opportunities with clients and prospects.
Beyond events, your responsibilities will also include:
- Campaign planning
- Content development
- Digital marketing
- Sales enablement
- Account-based marketing
- Reporting and stakeholder management
While supported by colleagues in content, communications, digital, and creative teams, you will also independently draft, develop, and refine marketing materials such as:
- Event invitations
- Campaign messaging
- Collateral (brochures, sell-sheets, presentations)
- Social media content
- Email copy
- Sales support materials (decks, case studies)
This role suits someone who enjoys working directly with the business, thrives on fast-paced multi-project management, and desires a visible role in building a high-growth Private Markets proposition within a global payments leader.
How you’ll work
You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Head of Content, collaborating closely with:
- Senior leadership
- Sales and Partners in Cross Border corporate teams
Company Support
- Assigned workspace in Paddington office
- Company-issued equipment
- Dedicated, results-driven Global Marketing team support
Role Responsibilities
Core Marketing & Events Leadership
- Support marketing and communications strategy execution globally (UK, EMEA, North America, APAC), ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue growth initiatives.
- Plan and budget broad marketing initiatives and campaigns, always positioning Corpay brand awareness.
- Coordinate with Communications Director and Sales Management to develop customer/prospect events:
- Prospect and client seminars, roundtables, private dinners, webinars
- Annual tradeshows and industry-sponsored conferences
- Logistic coordination & ROI reporting for all events
- Manage end-to-end event delivery, including:
- Supplier coordination
- Venue negotiations
- Event invitations, registration and attendee management
- Sales engagement briefings
- On-site support and follow-up activities

Marketing Campaigns & Growth Drives
- Lead marketing projects and programs tailored to the Private Markets audience to accelerate sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Digital Marketing Director and team to execute digital activities including:
- Social media strategies
- Email nurture campaigns
- Landing pages
- Online engagement
Strategic Partnerships & Account Focus
- Work with industry associations, vertical partners, and regional Sales teams to:
- Identify high-impact marketing collaborations
- Foster revenue-generating partnerships
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and nurture programs for prioritized Private Markets accounts.
Content Development & Brand Enablement
- Develop and draft high-level marketing content, including:
- Event invitations, landing page copy, email campaigns, presentations
- Brochures, sell-sheets, case studies
- Optionalized for commercial engagement
- Partner with Corpay’s Global Content and Communications teams to create:
- Whitepapers, articles, and thought leadership collateral
- Video content and webinars
- PR-focused materials positioning Corpay as an industry leader
Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain open communication channels across all departments:
- Sales, Digital Marketing, Creative, Compliance, Legal, Vendors
Desired Experience & Skills
Required qualifications and experience include:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Business
- Marketing
- Communications
- Journalism
- Or a related field
Professional Experience (Minimum 5 Years in B2B & Events Marketing)
- Strong experience developing, producing, and executing exhibition and event projects
- Planning and delivering B2B events with a focus on ROI:
- Industry conferences
- Sponsored events, roundtables
- Private dinners and webinars
- Client and prospect hospitality
- Proven experience in budget, partner, and event logistics management
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members is highly favourable
