Marketing Excellence Manager
# Manager, Marketing Excellence – Innovation & Learning

About the Role
Our **Manager, Marketing Excellence acts as the critical bridge between:
- The corporate capabilities steering team
- IT project teams
- External consultants
- Global end users
This hybrid leadership role ensures seamless execution of:
- Process and workflow redesign
- Digital tool implementation
- Global training programs
- Change enablement
Responsible for critical components of marketing maturity building—including capability academy design, learner tracking, internal communications, and digital enablement. Position serves as a strategic gateway into B2B marketing leadership through hands-on programme delivery.
Primary Goal: Accelerate cross-functional adoption of new capabilities via structured capability building initiatives.
Required Location & Flexibility
Preferred: Commute proximity to any DuPont global site
Hybrid Model:
- 4 days on-site (per Haarlem, Belgium office/EMEA HQ or closest site)
- OR distributed hub with:
- Minimum 4-hour ET overlap availability
- Covering global regions:
- North America (including the US)
- Latam offices
- Western EMEA offices
- India Operations
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Academy Strategy & Delivery
- Co-design end-to-end marketing capability development curricula:
- From foundational role awareness → advanced practitioner levels
- Author scalable training content including:
- AI-video solutions (Synthesia)
- Role-specific playbooks, cheat-sheets, and reference materials* (e.g. brand toolkit, price playbooks, segmentation frameworks)
- Technically oversee the trainsition academy ecosystem:
- Administrative back-end (LMS/iLearn/SharePoint administration)
- Tracking & compliance workflows
- Certification pipelines
2. Global Capability Rollouts
- Lead cross-site cohort planning:
- Enrollment execution
- Session rollout coordination
- Completion analytics aggregation
- Monitor and monitor adoption metrics to proactively address gaps

3. Enablement Platform Governance
- Maintain and evolve technical platforms supporting capability programs:
- SharePoint-as-portal for asset repositories
- Teams/Ph arma hybrid access model
- Learning portal/iLearn ecosystem governance
4. AI-Driven Transformation Leadership
Collaborate with data/IT teams to define specifications for AI-first marketing applications:
- Roadmap development for ML/AI process automation pilots
- Project storyboards and readiness assistance through UAT cycles (test planning, flaw tracking)
- Integrate AI models into both production/deployment pipelines and external trainer’s toolkit*
5. Change Management & Engagement
- Produce internal communications:
- Transforms explainers
- Change coaching assets
- Newsletter series and training hooks* (segments to improve fluency across regions)
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- BS/MS in Marketing, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related (preferred degree field codes: TECH, COMM, or GEN BUIS)
- 5-7 years in commercial roles requiring cross-process/stakeholder alignment
- Commercial background in:
- Marketing operations or B2B technology‐focused sectors (TSV, industrial chemicals, agri/ nutri/ workforce/ materials); standards preferred over commercial teams that true up cold-spot/high-touch
- Hands-on experience in execution rather than mere process ownership including:
- Programme coordination
- Learning technology rollouts
- Project portfolio reflecting ability to:
- Map business needs into technical outputs/blueprints
- Stabilise delivery across enterprise stakeholders* (for ex., DITA or archeologicaltagging theory to a non-technical audience, 33 apdex thresholds in a business context)
- Proficient in Microsoft suite + AI augmented workflows
- PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint
- Agiliteens —insatiable curiosity around:
- Latest commercial tools (e.g., nps, predict conversions)
- Rapid-experimentation techniques
- Enterprise process modelling

- Proven leadership in jurisdictional support episodes over:
- 50+ person training apps
- Regional process harmonisation ideathons

- Publishing certifiable/noteclassified content in baseline non-commercial fragments

- Annual governance report capturing adoption performance (benefits per relevant asset thread)
