Apacor | Diagnostics & Life Sciences

About Apacor

Apacor is an established diagnostics company with over 30 years of experience, trusted by laboratories globally. Its portfolio includes parasitology diagnostics, rapid testing, environmental monitoring, and OEM solutions, serving clients in 70+ countries. Backed by scientific expertise and cost-effective manufacturing, the firm now blends traditional credibility with modern digital transformation—driven by AI-assisted diagnostics and a refocused commercial strategy. Under new leadership, Apacor is scaling its digital engine to align scientific credibility with sharper campaign execution.

The Opportunity

A hands-on leadership role for a marketing revolutionary—someone who seamlessly merges creativity, automation, and commercial intelligence. As the owner of Apacor’s brand visibility, you’ll turn market and product insights into high-converting campaigns, then help overhaul how the team supports sales, distributors, events, and product launches using AI-driven insights. This role demands you thrive across design, content, CRM, analytics, and website channels, while positioning Apacor at the forefront of AI-enableed customer engagement and lead conversion.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Turning brand potential into measurable growth.
  • Bridging creative strategy with data-backed execution.
  • Modernising marketing to anticipate customer needs with AI.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

AI-Powered Content & Creative Production

  • Develop high-impact marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and latest AI-assisted tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).
    • Design: Brand-aligned campaign visuals, brochures, product sheets, banners, adverts, newsletters, and social media content.
    • Efficiency: Leverage AI-generated content to accelerate prototyping, increase output, and reduce turnaround times—without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Maintain a scalable workflow that blends human creativity with AI assistance to keep pace with marketing demands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
