For almost 50 years, BEASY has been developing world-leading engineering software and consultancy solutions. Founded in 1976 by Professor Carlos Brebbia, the company has grown into a globally recognised engineering technology business. Today, our software and engineering services are used in more than 40 countries, supporting customers from concept design through to the life extension of critical engineering assets. We support customers worldwide from our UK headquarters in Hampshire and our US office in Massachusetts. As an independent, family-owned business, we value innovation, collaboration, and long-term relationships.
Our customers include many of the world's most respected engineering organisations, including:

Every day, you'll be helping communicate innovative engineering solutions that support critical infrastructure and national defence projects around the world.

The Role
You'll work directly with the CEO, engineering specialists, and international business development teams, giving you the opportunity to see your work influence real commercial decisions and contribute to the growth of the business.
You'll become the central hub of our marketing activity, working closely with Engineering, Sales, and Business Development to ensure our marketing is professional, engaging, and commercially effective.
This isn't a role where you'll simply schedule social media posts. You'll have the opportunity to influence our global marketing strategy, help launch new products, support international business development, and play a visible role in the continued growth of BEASY.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
