About Us

At Blaiklock, we believe logistics is about more than moving freight – it's about delivering confidence, communication and control. As part of an exciting company rebrand, we're looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to help grow our brand across digital channels. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, has a flair for writing, an eye for design, and understands how great marketing builds meaningful connections.

From social media and email marketing to events and website content, you'll play a key role in bringing the new Blaiklock brand to life. Working closely with the Sales & Commercial Director, you'll help ensure everything we produce reflects our values of Control, Consistency and Confidence, while increasing brand awareness, engagement and organic growth.

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will support the company's marketing activity across LinkedIn, X, Google Business and email marketing. The successful candidate will create engaging content, support brand consistency, coordinate marketing campaigns, and help promote the company's services, people and culture across all digital channels. The role includes attending industry exhibitions, networking events and client hospitality to capture photography and video content, producing articles, social posts and website content, while ensuring all communications reflect the Blaiklock brand and tone of voice. We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and commercially minded, with excellent copywriting skills, a strong eye for design, confidence using Canva, and an understanding of how analytics can be used to continually improve marketing performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
