The Roof Gardens is a social club in the sky, 100 feet above the streets of Kensington. Close to an acre of private gardens with panoramic views across London to the horizon, this is a new-generation members’ club, a tranquil escape bursting with wildflowers, olive and mulberry trees, grassy lawns, and hidden nooks.
An Art Deco landmark since 1938, the venue combines a legendary legacy with a vibrant community united by open-mindedness, optimism, and kindness—not defined by background.
About the Role
We’re seeking a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Executive to help deliver a premium brand experience across all member touchpoints.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll support marketing campaigns, manage member communications, coordinate creative projects, and ensure brand consistency across both digital and print channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing creativity with strict organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency in visual identity and tone of voice across all member communications.
- Manage workflows for design and copy projects, liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers.
- Oversee and maintain content across the Members App and CMS platform.
- Coordinate production of printed marketing materials, including event collateral, menus, and member notices.
- Maintain brand guidelines, marketing assets, and creative libraries.
- Support photography and video shoots, marketing campaigns, member events, and brand activations.
- Coordinate merchandising projects and raise purchase orders for the marketing team.
- Work with internal departments to gather content, updates, and approvals for marketing activity.

About You
- Experience in luxury lifestyle, hospitality, private members’ clubs, or other premium brands is essential.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
- Experience managing social media and creating engaging content.
- Comfortable working across digital and print marketing.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
