Job Description
As a Marketing Executive at Create Academy Ltd., you will drive brand success by crafting compelling content across social media, CRM, and the company blog. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll manage platform-specific campaigns, engage with a vibrant creative community, and support multi-channel initiatives that inspire audiences to lead more fulfilled, creative lives.

What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end execution of social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest, including scheduling, engagement, and performance reporting.
- Write high-quality, platform-specific copy for diverse channels, including email newsletters, blog posts, and SEO-optimized content to drive audience growth.
- Provide hands-on marketing support for multi-channel campaigns, brand activations, and in-person events, including filming live social content and managing talent outreach.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses at least 2 years of professional copywriting experience with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone for different digital audiences.
- Has a proven track record in social media management and email marketing, with the technical skills to build, test, and schedule complex CRM campaigns.
- Is a degree-educated team player with a genuine passion for creative lifestyle categories such as interior design, gardening, or cooking.
