Marketing Executive – Coventry (Hybrid)
We’ve partnered with a fantastic organisation that’s growing fast and looking for a creative, driven Marketing Executive to join their Coventry team.
If you’re organised, curious, confident writing customer-facing comms and love delivering multi-channel campaigns that actually move the needle — this is a brilliant next step.
The Role
As Marketing Executive, you’ll work closely with a Marketing Manager and wider cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for large-scale UK events. You’ll be hands-on across the full marketing mix, shaping messaging, driving audience growth and bringing fresh ideas to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing audience-growth plans
- Writing strong, clear outbound communications
- Delivering multi-channel campaigns and reporting on KPIs
- Driving creative/design updates and producing new assets
- Partnering with sales on integrated campaigns for new business & retention
- Reviewing campaign performance and optimising based on data
- Collaborating with external partners on lead-gen and digital activity
- Leading community-building and social media engagement
- Managing multiple projects with pace, accuracy and attention to detail

About You
You’ll thrive here if you’re:
- Experienced as a Marketing Executive or strong Marketing Assistant
- A confident writer with excellent communication skills
- Skilled across CRM/CMS platforms, email marketing, social tools & automation
- Comfortable analysing KPIs and applying digital marketing fundamentals
- Creative, detail-driven and able to juggle multiple deadlines
- Someone with fresh ideas — especially around social media or new digital tools
- Collaborative, personable and great at building relationships
- Calm under pressure and flexible during peak event periods
- Ambitious and ready to grow your marketing career
