We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support the marketing activity for Whitehead Monckton, a B Corp-certified and employee-owned law firm, and Eclipse HR, an exciting HR consultancy. This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative, detail-focused marketer to build their skills across social media, digital content, email campaigns, events, and data-led marketing.
Based in Maidstone, with occasional travel to our Canterbury and Tenterden offices, you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and Marketing and Events Manager to create engaging content, support campaigns, update websites, produce leaflets, ads and graphics, and help bring fresh ideas to life.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Creative, organised, and full of ideas
- Confident writing for social media, websites, and email campaigns
- Interested in design, digital marketing, content, and events
- Comfortable using data to improve performance
- Keen to learn, develop and build a marketing career in professional services
This role would suit a graduate or early-career marketer with up to three years’ experience, although attitude, enthusiasm and attention to detail are just as important as experience.
