We are working with a well-established residential property business that is continuing to invest in creating exceptional customer experiences across its portfolio. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes and communities, our client is seeking a creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive to play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where your ideas, creativity and digital marketing expertise will have a genuine impact.
The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across two established residential brands, helping to increase enquiries, strengthen online visibility and enhance the customer experience through engaging content and digital marketing initiatives.

Role Highlights
- Manage SEO activity, content planning and website optimisation to increase online visibility.
- Create engaging social media content that promotes communities and resident engagement.
- Coordinate photography and videography projects, including creating visual content in-house.
- Support digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social and email marketing.
- Assist with website management, CRM optimisation and marketing performance reporting.
You Will Need
- At least two years' experience within a marketing or communications role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, particularly SEO.
- Experience using CMS platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Excellent written communication with exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
