Marketing Executive | Investment Banking
Up to £40k + bonus, free lunch, 12% pension, gym, health, life insurance.
A well-established international investment firm is seeking a highly collaborative and communications-focused Marketing Executive to support its Communications & Marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative environment with exposure to senior stakeholders and a broad range of marketing activities representing its global presence as part of a really lovely small team. This role is office-based in stunning central London offices for the first 6 months and then 4 days a week in the office and benefits include lunch, bonus, 12% non-contributory pension, gym, private health, and a number of other benefits.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery of integrated marketing and communications initiatives across digital channels, events, and brand activity so a real variety! As Marketing Executive, this role will play a key role in ensuring consistency, quality, and professionalism across all materials and communications. Confidence is key alongside commercial gravitas as you will work with senior stakeholders. Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite/InDesign and WordPress is needed ideally.
The position offers a balanced mix of creative, digital, and coordination responsibilities, making it ideal for someone looking to develop within a professional services environment and working for a really inspiring Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across multiple markets
- Coordinate presentations and marketing materials for internal and external use
- Support the creation and publishing of digital content, including websites, newsletters, and social media
- Maintain and update online channels, ensuring content remains relevant and engaging
- Monitor and report on digital performance metrics to support continuous improvement
- Support the coordination of events and external engagements
- Liaise with external suppliers and partners to ensure high-quality outputs
- Conduct research and analysis to support marketing and communications activity
- Assist with reporting, tracking progress, and maintaining marketing documentation
Who are you?
- 2–4 years+ experience in marketing or communications, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment
- Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress skills
- Strong organisational, writing, and editing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital tools and content platforms (e.g. CMS, analytics tools, social media platforms)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint; design tools are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders
- High level of professionalism and discretion
