Location: KIMS Hospital Maidstone
Contract: Permanent 40 Hours Per Week Monday to Friday.
Salary: £32,000 per annum

As a Marketing executive at KIMS Hospital you will play a key role in developing and executing the Hospital’s marketing strategy to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.
This is a full-time role working 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Role Responsibilities
As a Marketing Executive you will:
- Work closely with key stakeholders to build a strong understanding of specialist subjects and turn clinical and commercial priorities into marketing activity.
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement and provide regular reports in-line with KPIs.
- Manage the production of marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines including design, copywriting, and proofreading.
Person Specification
Essential
- Hold a minimum of 5 GCSE's grade 4 and above including English and Maths or equivalent.
- Significant experience as a marketing professional.
- Have excellent communication and literacy skills, including writing creative and engaging copy, proof-reading and correcting content, presentation and public speaking skills.
- Have a good understanding Adobe Creative Cloud, with particular expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro, or a similar video editing programme.
- Experience in Google digital marketing tools such as Analytics, Tag Manager, Business and Looker Studio.
- Experience in using web-content CMS, such as WordPress.
- Strong understanding and experience of on-page SEO best practices.
- Experience of tracking results and monitoring of key success metrics, with an understanding of what “good” looks like and how to interpret the numbers.

Desirable
- Hold a degree level qualification in a relevant subject.
- Have experience as a marketing professional in a healthcare setting.
- A creative professional with a proven track record and an excellent design portfolio.
- Experience in creating engaging editorial content for social media platforms and blogs.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and a deep understanding of social media trends, hashtags and engagement strategies.
- Understanding of paid social and search platforms and methods.
- Experience in advanced email marketing practices such as segmentation, lists, automation, consent, open/click tracking and performance reporting.
