The opportunity
This is a pivotal moment to join CybSafe. We are scaling our in-house marketing capability, and this role sits at the center of that growth. You aren’t just joining a team; you’re helping architect the engine that will drive our next phase of expansion.
Working directly with our Head of Demand Generation, you’ll have immediate ownership and broad exposure as our marketing infrastructure takes shape. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll master everything from complex HubSpot automation to high-converting social and email campaigns.
We love working with AI here. Right now, Claude is central to how we work, and we want someone who’s genuinely excited by that. Someone who uses these tools to do more and better work, but who also asks what good looks like and challenges them when they fall short. Curiosity beats box-ticking.
About CybSafe
CybSafe is the AI behavioural security platform that helps organisations identify the security behaviors most likely to cause a breach, change them, and prove it worked, or explain why not.
Built on decades of behavioural science and powered by SebDB, the world's cybersecurity behavior database, CybSafe adapts to the threats organisations face today and as they evolve, rather than focusing on just one or two behaviors. We sell to security leaders, and to the awareness, culture and risk professionals who run human risk programmes at mid-market and enterprise organisations.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for building the robust infrastructure and high-velocity campaigns that fuel our growth, collaborating closely with RevOps and Creative to mature our marketing mix.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
