One of our clients, a fast-growing and innovative business, is looking to appoint an ambitious Marketing Executive to join their collaborative marketing team.
This role offers the chance to join a business where marketing plays a central role in driving commercial success. The successful candidate will benefit from significant exposure across the business, opportunities to work alongside experienced marketing professionals, and the chance to take ownership of meaningful projects from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
- Create, manage, and update engaging marketing content across digital channels, including website, email, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain website content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, testing, and reporting.
- Manage day-to-day social media activity to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to improve future activity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, product, and other business functions to deliver marketing initiatives.
- Support webinars, events, and other brand-building activities.
- Assist with marketing projects and process improvements as the business continues to grow.
- Bring fresh ideas, embrace innovation, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a growing or fast-paced organisation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- A genuine passion for marketing and a strong ambition to continue developing professionally.

Desirable
- Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Experience managing website content through a CMS.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar creative design tools.
- Previous B2B marketing experience.
- Experience supporting webinars, events, or partner marketing activities.
