About The Role…
Stoneacre Motor Group, one of the UK's largest family-run businesses, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive to oversee marketing activities for one of our brands. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking for their first role or a current marketing practitioner seeking to advance their career.

An average day as a Marketing Executive…
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with brands to comprehend marketing objectives and assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans.
- Marketing Plan Execution: Execute marketing plans in line with brand guidelines, ensuring effective use of available resources and channels.
- Product Placements: Coordinate and manage product placement activities to enhance brand visibility and drive customer interest.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage customers, promote offers, and foster brand loyalty.
- Social Media Marketing: Drive social media initiatives by creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and analysing performance metrics.
- Google Marketing: Develop and manage Google marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) ads and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing campaign results, generate reports, and propose optimizations to achieve better outcomes.
- Budget Management: Work within assigned budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

About You…
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or similar practical experience.
- A team player with a 'can-do attitude'
- Familiarity with marketing principles, practices, and digital marketing trends.
- Someone self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in their approach
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- The ability to work well under pressure, managing competing projects simultaneously
- Interest in producing a wide range of marketing communication materials across different marketing channels
- Interested in digital and social media marketing
- Interested in SEO and Paid search/ display
- Knowledge of working with external agencies – briefing and managing creative suppliers (preferable but not required)
- Excellent communication, copywriting skills, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of analytical skills to be able to evaluate marketing data and measure campaign success.
- Experience working with brand guidelines – reviewing creative, copy, and concepts (preferable but not required)
