Marketing Executive

Location: London (Hybrid) 1 day in the office in London per week

Employment Type: Full-time

About The Role

Own the planning, delivery, and optimisation of CyberOne's events programme and social presence - from initial concept through to post-event reporting, you will ensure every event lands on brief, on time, and against clear registration and attendance targets. Alongside this, you will manage the social calendar and support the production of video content that extends the reach and impact of CyberOne's thought leadership.

What You’ll Do

Events: Planning & Ideation

  • Own the annual and rolling events calendar across all event types: Quarterly Partner Recruitment and Engagement events, Direct Customer and Prospect events, industry roundtables, Women in Technology dinners, monthly webinars, and key industry conferences.
  • Define the purpose, audience, narrative, and success criteria for each event in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, Sales Director, and relevant subject matter experts.
  • Brief and align internal stakeholders early, ensuring agendas, speakers, and content are mapped to current CyberOne priorities and campaign narratives.
  • Manage venue research, supplier briefing, and booking across all physical events.

Events: Promotion & Registration

  • Build and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns for each event using HubSpot Marketing Hub: email invitations, reminder sequences, landing pages, and registration forms.
  • Publish event pages and registration flows on cyberone.security using HubSpot Content Hub.
  • Work with the commercial team to set, track, and hit registration and attendance targets, flagging risks early and adjusting promotion tactics accordingly.
  • Coordinate social promotion across LinkedIn, Microsoft, and other relevant channels in advance of and during each event.

Events: Content & Speaker Management

  • Work with speakers and subject matter experts to develop agendas and presentation content aligned to agreed CyberOne narratives.
  • Brief external speakers and partners on format, audience, and key messages.
  • Ensure all event content reflects CyberOne's positioning as a Microsoft Security Elite Partner and avoids generic vendor framing.
  • Capture and repurpose event content post-delivery: key takeaways, clips, follow-up assets, and attendee nurture content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Events: Delivery & Follow-Up

  • Manage all logistics for physical events: venue liaison, AV, catering, run-of-show, and on-the-day coordination.
  • Support webinar delivery: platform setup (e.g., Teams, Zoom, or HubSpot), registration management, technical rehearsal, and post-event recording distribution.
  • Ensure post-event follow-up is coordinated with Sales: attendee lists in HubSpot, segmented by intent and next step, handed over promptly.
  • Report on event performance against targets: registrations, attendance rate, engagement, satisfaction, and pipeline influenced.

Social Media Management

  • CyberOne LinkedIn presence: Working with the wider Marketing team to develop the content calendar, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and thought leaders to develop a consistent flow of social content: campaign-aligned posts, event promotion, industry commentary, and company news.
  • Monitor channel performance and engagement, reporting insights and recommendations monthly.
  • Coordinate social activity with the wider marketing programme, ensuring events, campaigns, and content launches are amplified consistently.

Video Content Production

  • Manage the capture and production of thought leadership video content with our Content Marketing Specialist and CyberOne's subject matter experts.

  • Build a library of reusable clips, highlights, and short-form assets from longer recordings.

Supporting the Wider Marketing Programme

  • Contribute to wider marketing initiatives as the team's programme evolves: new go-to-market launches, partner campaigns, award entries, and ad hoc projects.
  • Identify and flag opportunities to improve how CyberOne shows up in market, whether through a new event format, a channel we are underusing, or a piece of content that should exist but does not.
