Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns that promote Lisam’s EH&S software solutions and services. Daily activities include conducting market and competitor research, assisting in the creation of marketing materials, and coordinating with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.

The role involves:

- Monitoring campaign performance
- Contributing to digital and traditional marketing activities
- Helping organize events, webinars, or conferences
The Marketing Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and strengthen Lisam’s brand presence in key markets.
Qualifications
- Strong market planning and marketing skills to develop and support effective campaigns and promotional activities.
- Proficiency in market research to analyse trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Effective communication skills to create clear messaging and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales and marketing capabilities to support lead generation, nurture opportunities, and align marketing with commercial goals.
- Relevant experience in B2B or software/technology marketing; experience in EH&S or chemical industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- SEO skills or experience is a definite advantage.
- Strong, independent work ethic is a must.
