The Role

At Zempler, we're on a mission to make money simpler and more accessible for businesses. Every communication we send is an opportunity to help our customers understand, engage with and get more value from our products and services.

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content, building customer communications, analysing performance and working with a wide range of stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

You'll play a key role in delivering our customer marketing strategy, helping create engaging communications across email, SMS, push notifications, web, print and social media. From developing content and building campaigns to testing, reporting and continuous improvement, you'll help ensure our communications are accurate, impactful and customer-focused.

Most importantly, you'll help bring the Zempler brand, personality and values to life in every interaction with our customers.

What you'll be doing

Creating and delivering customer communications

  • Build and deliver customer communications across email, push notifications, SMS, web, social media and print.
  • Create high-quality written content that is clear, engaging and aligned to our brand voice.
  • Support the delivery of product, customer engagement and mandatory regulatory communications.
  • Coordinate the monthly customer communications calendar.
  • Manage the testing, proofing and sign-off process to ensure communications are accurate and ready for deployment.
  • Monitor online review platforms and support responses to customer feedback where required.

Reporting and continuous improvement

  • Support post-campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Help produce monthly performance reports, highlighting insights and opportunities.
  • Use data and customer feedback to suggest improvements to future communications and campaigns.
  • Keep an eye on competitor activity and identify new content or communication opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
