You'll support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing activity across our brands, Bio Sculpture and Elim. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, engage customers and support commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager and wider team to plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns, partnerships and product launches.
- Coordinate the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail and print channels.
- Write, edit and proofread engaging marketing copy for websites, email campaigns, social media, PR and printed materials.
- Work closely with our Graphic Designer to coordinate email campaigns, newsletters, website updates, social assets and marketing collateral.
- Manage and update website content, including product information, imagery and campaign landing pages, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate new product launches across all marketing touchpoints.
- Draft PR quotes, press materials and supporting copy, ensuring all communications are on-brand and engaging.
- Organise and manage press, influencer and celebrity appointments to maximise brand exposure.
- Support the Social Media Manager with campaign execution, content planning and wider digital marketing activity.
- Coordinate marketing events from initial planning through to successful delivery.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations to optimise future activity.
- Research competitor activity and wider market trends, sharing insights with the marketing team.
- Support the wider marketing team with day-to-day activity and contribute ideas that help drive continued business growth.
