About The Role
We are seeking a creative and commercially-minded Marketing Executive to join a growing professional services organization. This is a newly created position within their expanding marketing team, offering a unique opportunity for a versatile marketing professional to make a significant impact. The role involves managing a broad spectrum of marketing activities, from content creation and social media management to campaign development, reputation management, and supporting business development initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders and marketing colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the firm’s profile, increasing engagement, and showcasing client success stories through compelling marketing efforts.
This position is ideal for a marketing generalist who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded marketing background with experience in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign execution. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with proven experience in managing social media platforms, producing engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems will be advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate a proactive approach, creativity, and a strong understanding of how marketing activities support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute engaging social media campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop high-quality content including articles, newsletters, website copy, case studies, and client communications that align with the firm’s brand voice and strategic objectives.
- Support the preparation of award submissions, success stories, and thought leadership content to position the firm as an industry leader.
- Manage online reputation by monitoring reviews, testimonials, and online feedback, ensuring positive engagement and brand integrity.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop targeted marketing campaigns that support business objectives and client acquisition.
- Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in internal communications, event planning, and other marketing initiatives to foster a cohesive brand message.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring tone of voice and visual identity are upheld.
- Identify new opportunities to increase engagement, enhance visibility, and strengthen the firm’s market presence.
