We're working with a global B2B organisation that's looking for an Email Marketing Executive to become the driving force behind one of its most important customer engagement channels.
This is a hands-on role where you'll own the email marketing process from campaign build through to delivery, optimisation and reporting. You'll work alongside a talented marketing team, helping bring technical content to life for a global audience while using data and insight to continually improve performance.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building, testing and deploying email marketing campaigns to a global audience
- Managing audience segmentation and campaign targeting
- Supporting the migration and ongoing use of a leading marketing automation platform
- Refining content to maximise engagement through compelling subject lines, messaging and calls to action
- Running A/B tests and analysing campaign performance
- Making recommendations based on data and customer behaviour
- Supporting campaign visibility through professional social media channels, primarily LinkedIn
- Ensuring all communications are accurate, on-brand and delivered on time

What We're Looking For
- Experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns within a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation or email platforms such as Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing quality work
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a close-knit marketing team
- Some experience supporting LinkedIn or other professional social media channels would be beneficial
