Marketing Executive - Beauty Brand

Salary - £30k - £35k

The Role

As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing marketing campaigns to life, supporting product launches and ensuring a consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and wider marketing team to deliver strategic marketing campaigns, partnerships and brand initiatives.
  • Create, edit and proofread engaging marketing content for both digital and print channels.
  • Coordinate with designers to deliver email marketing campaigns, newsletters, website updates and social media assets, while managing relationships with print suppliers when required.
  • Manage website content, ensuring imagery, product information and landing pages remain accurate, engaging and up to date.
  • Coordinate new product launches online, ensuring a seamless customer journey and best-in-class user experience.
  • Write compelling PR copy, press quotes and supporting content that aligns with the brand's tone of voice.
  • Organise and coordinate press appointments, influencer activity and celebrity PR opportunities to maximise brand awareness.
  • Support the Social Media Manager with content planning, campaign execution and community-focused initiatives across all digital platforms.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of events from concept through to execution, ensuring every detail is managed effectively.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Track competitor activity, market trends and customer insights to help shape future marketing strategies.

About You

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Executive or similar marketing role.
  • A marketing qualification is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging, high-quality content.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to a high standard.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take ownership and contribute new ideas.
