Role Description
We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Commercial Marketing team, based at Chartered Accountants' Hall in London. This hybrid role offers £33,090 and the opportunity to deliver innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote ICAEW's commercial events portfolio, including flagship conferences, webinars, and bespoke events, alongside our wider commercial product portfolio. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Executive, you'll create engaging content, develop marketing campaigns, and help drive commercial growth by increasing awareness, engagement, and revenue across our products and events.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and monitor effective and innovative marketing plans across ICAEW's commercial events portfolio, including flagship events, webinars, and bespoke events.
- Develop marketing collateral across multiple channels, including promotional briefs, copywriting, email campaigns, website updates, and social media.
- Ensure all marketing plans, collateral, and campaigns are developed collaboratively and aligned with the ICAEW brand and wider marketing activity.
- Build strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working in a way that reflects the values and reputation of ICAEW.
- Produce reports on ROI and campaign performance, demonstrating the value of marketing activity and using insights to inform future campaigns.
- Manage marketing projects and timelines effectively, ensuring agreed deadlines are met.
- Attend internal ICAEW meetings, representing Commercial Marketing, and providing advice on marketing activity.
- Undertake additional duties as required in line with business needs.

Requirements
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on digital, email, and content-led marketing.
- Demonstrable experience of website content management, email marketing, copywriting, and analysing key digital metrics and campaign performance.
- Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience working within a commercially focused marketing environment.
- Experience or understanding of marketing to both business and consumer audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience managing marketing budgets is desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Impeccable copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
