Role Description

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Commercial Marketing team, based at Chartered Accountants' Hall in London. This hybrid role offers £33,090 and the opportunity to deliver innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote ICAEW's commercial events portfolio, including flagship conferences, webinars, and bespoke events, alongside our wider commercial product portfolio. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Executive, you'll create engaging content, develop marketing campaigns, and help drive commercial growth by increasing awareness, engagement, and revenue across our products and events.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and monitor effective and innovative marketing plans across ICAEW's commercial events portfolio, including flagship events, webinars, and bespoke events.
  • Develop marketing collateral across multiple channels, including promotional briefs, copywriting, email campaigns, website updates, and social media.
  • Ensure all marketing plans, collateral, and campaigns are developed collaboratively and aligned with the ICAEW brand and wider marketing activity.
  • Build strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working in a way that reflects the values and reputation of ICAEW.
  • Produce reports on ROI and campaign performance, demonstrating the value of marketing activity and using insights to inform future campaigns.
  • Manage marketing projects and timelines effectively, ensuring agreed deadlines are met.
  • Attend internal ICAEW meetings, representing Commercial Marketing, and providing advice on marketing activity.
  • Undertake additional duties as required in line with business needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
