About:
Looking for a marketing role where you'll do more than just support campaigns?
This is your chance to join an ambitious, fast-growing consumer brand where you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire marketing mix, have your ideas heard and develop into a well-rounded marketer.
Here at Signature, we have an existing partnership with a fantastic personal care business, known for its natural and organic products. The business is looking to hire a Marketing Executive with around 1-2 years' marketing experience who's ready for the next step. Someone who's already had exposure to a marketing environment but is looking for greater variety, more responsibility and the opportunity to accelerate their career.
This isn't a role where you'll be confined to one discipline. From exciting product launches and brand campaigns to digital marketing, social media, creative projects and new product development, you'll be involved in it all. Better still, as your career develops, you'll have the freedom to shape your future around the areas of marketing you're most passionate about.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
