About Iconic Hotels & Resorts

Iconic Hotels & Resorts is a collection of distinctive luxury properties, each with its own identity, storytelling, and guest experience. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day delivery of our digital channels across the collection.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to keep our websites and CRM activity accurate, on-brand, and commercially effective. This role is centered on:

  • CMS publishing and content management
  • CRM email campaigns and guest journeys
  • SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization to improve discoverability
  • Managing requests, approvals, and workflows using a workflow platform

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a marketing or digital role, with practical exposure to websites and/or email marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working to checklists and deadlines.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and keeping workstreams organized.
  • Solid understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals (titles/meta, headings, internal linking).
  • Confidence using digital tools and learning new platforms quickly (Sanity/Revinate/Notion experience is a plus).
  • Strong written English and an eye for brand tone, formatting, and presentation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
  • Basic understanding of tracking links/UTMs and reporting.
  • Experience coordinating assets across teams (imagery, menus, PDFs, creative versions).
