We’re partnering with a leading FMCG retailer in the beauty sector that’s looking for a creative and highly organised Marketing Executive to join its team.

This is a varied, hands-on opportunity covering campaigns, content, digital marketing, PR, product launches and events. Previous experience is helpful, but the business is also open to a marketing graduate who has gained some practical experience through an internship, placement year or junior position.

The Role

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team, you’ll help bring marketing plans and campaigns to life across multiple digital and offline channels.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, strategic plans and brand partnerships.
  • Writing and proofreading engaging content for email, web, social media, PR and printed materials.
  • Coordinating creative assets, website updates, product information and new product launches.
  • Supporting social media, press and celebrity PR activity, including appointments and accompanying content.
  • Helping to coordinate events while monitoring campaign performance and competitor activity to inform future plans.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
