The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, design-literate Marketing Executive with exceptional attention to detail to join our strategic consultancy on a freelance / contract basis, starting immediately.

Collaborating closely with a small yet high-performing and creative team, the position will support multiple fast-paced accounts and include a broad mix of content development, research, and marketing coordination. It offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile real estate, destination, and brand projects across the UK property sector.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing marketing materials and presentations
  • Undertaking research and benchmarking
  • Contributing to wider strategic and creative outputs for a range of clients

This is a hands-on position within a consultancy environment, offering genuine responsibility from day one. It would suit someone highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-moving environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience at Marketing Executive level within the property sector, whether residential, retail, or commercial
  • Knowledge of CMS and social media marketing
  • Advanced capability across Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, alongside experience using Adobe Acrobat, with the ability to produce polished, well-structured, and professionally formatted client documents and presentations within established brand guidelines
  • Strong design sensibility, with a clear understanding of layout, hierarchy, and visual quality
  • Confident research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly gather, synthesise, and structure information
  • Highly proactive, organised, and capable of operating independently within a fast-paced environment
  • Able to integrate quickly into live projects and contribute from day one
