Marketing Executive (Demand Generation)

Location: Clerkenwell, London

Salary: £TBC + Bonus


We're looking for a proactive Marketing Executive (Demand Generation) to drive lead generation across the Handle Group (Handle Recruitment, Handle Freelance Solutions, Handle Search and Talent Halo).

Working closely with our marketing and recruitment teams, you'll create and deliver targeted campaigns, manage CRM data, develop engaging content, and generate qualified leads that support business growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn and marketing automation platforms.
  • Manage CRM data, segmentation and lead nurturing.
  • Create engaging content including blogs, market insights, surveys and email campaigns.
  • Support consultants with targeted business development campaigns and outreach.
  • Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.

About you:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation or CRM/marketing automation.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Highly organised, data-driven and commercially minded.
  • Recruitment, professional services or B2B services experience is a plus.
