Marketing Executive
We're on the lookout for a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment and wants genuine ownership over a company's marketing presence, across multiple branches and sectors.
You'll be the driving force behind our brand, managing everything from day-to-day social media to full campaign delivery, event promotion, partner relations and everything in between.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and growing our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok; creating engaging content, reels and industry-relevant posts.
- Planning and executing email marketing campaigns via MailChimp, including sector-specific, acquisition and promotional emails.
- Designing branded materials- flyers, brochures, presentations, templates and more, ensuring consistency across all branches.
- Maintaining and developing our Wix website, monitoring SEO performance and tracking traffic via Google Analytics.
- Coordinating and promoting internal and external events, capturing content on the day and managing post-event coverage.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners and manufacturers, attending quarterly meetings and delivering joint campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
