Hey good smelling! We’re Fussy…about everything in our mission to banish single-use plastic from your bathroom. Having experienced exceptional growth over the past five years, and to support our next stage of growth, we are looking for a talented individual to join the team as a Marketing Executive.
Working within our marketing department, and reporting to our Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for executing design briefs across a variety of channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to join scale-up through a significant period of growth. 💪🌍
What You’ll Be Doing 💼
- Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, paid ads, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations.
- Assist the team with shoot production, from sourcing props to writing shot lists.
- Helping to monitor and report on key marketing metrics like sales, engagement, website traffic, and conversions, using insights to improve future campaigns.
- Reporting on campaigns, tracking against objectives and KPIs. Managing and creating dashboards, running weekly team updates and check-ins.
- Keeping an eye on competitors and industry trends to help us stay ahead of the game.
- Getting stuck into any new marketing initiatives, whether it’s launching a new product, supporting our retail team, or helping our social media manager with any extra hands-on content creation.
- Rolling up your sleeves and helping wherever needed in a fast-paced startup environment!

Who you are 🤓
Skills
Great comes in lots of different forms, and we’re really open to seeing candidates from a range of backgrounds. Given the nature of this role and what we’ll ask of you, we do believe that the following skills are needed to be able to deliver to a high standard:
- You have some experience in a marketing role, ideally within a D2C brand, eCommerce, or agency.
- You’re creative and full of ideas for engaging content and marketing campaigns.
- You’re proactive and always looking for ways to improve—whether it’s testing a new campaign or coming up with fresh ideas.
- You’re organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- You have an interest in sustainability, wellness, and making a positive impact—we’re all about people, planet, and pits!
- You're a strong communicator who can write a clear brief, run a team check-in, and chase people without being annoying about it.
- You’re a team player but also happy to take ownership of your work and run with it.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Meta Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo, or influencer outreach—but not essential!
