The Role
The Formats & Unscripted Marketing Executive plays a key role in delivering marketing campaigns and maintaining the digital presence of ITV Studios' world-leading formats and unscripted catalogue.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Content, Digital Products, and Creative teams, you'll create compelling marketing campaigns, develop sales materials, and use the ITV Studios website and digital catalogue as key marketing channels, ensuring content, collections, and customer journeys remain fresh, engaging, and commercially focused.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with organisation, is confident managing digital content and websites, and can spot opportunities to improve how customers discover and engage with our catalogue.

- Support the Senior Marketing Managers in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across ITV Studios' Formats and Unscripted portfolio.
- Create marketing assets including presentations, pitch decks, copywriting, and campaign materials in collaboration with internal creative teams and external agencies.
- Build and deliver email marketing campaigns, reporting on performance and recommending improvements, owning the Unscripted email calendar.
- Support the delivery of marketing activity for priority titles as well as wider catalogue campaigns throughout the year.
- Produce campaign reports, producer updates, and post-market presentations.
Website & Digital Catalogue Management
- Take ownership of the Formats and Unscripted areas of the ITV Studios website and digital catalogue, ensuring front and back catalogue content is accurate, engaging, and commercially focused.
- Curate homepage features, collections, promotional rails, and seasonal campaigns that showcase priority titles, catalogue themes, and commercial opportunities.
- Develop and execute content plans that drive buyers to the website, increasing engagement with both new launches and back catalogue content.
- Work closely with Sales, Content, and Digital Products teams to identify gaps, improve content discoverability, and optimise the customer journey.
- Monitor website performance and customer behaviour, making recommendations to continually improve engagement and conversion.
- Manage marketing information within ContentHub and other content management systems, ensuring assets, metadata, and content remain accurate and up to date.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
