Marketing Executive
£28,000–£30,000 | East Midlands | Office-Based
We’re recruiting on behalf of a premium consumer brand looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to support the growth of its marketing function.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong HubSpot CRM experience who enjoys combining marketing operations, email campaigns, automation, and content creation. You’ll help develop CRM capability, support AI-driven workflows, produce newsletters and campaign emails, and manage regular social media activity across Facebook and Instagram.

Requirements
- Strong experience using HubSpot CRM
- Experience creating and scheduling social media content, particularly for Facebook and Instagram
- Experience creating social posts, images, and short-form video content
- Email marketing and newsletter experience
- Ability to plan and manage a basic content calendar across socials and email
- An interest in AI, marketing automation, and improving marketing processes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
