About IMP

At IMP we help Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) take control of their finances. Our MAT-first software is built by people who know the sector inside out. Former trust professionals, finance experts and product specialists are all part of our team. More than half of all MATs in the UK already use IMP to plan with confidence, simplify complex processes and make smarter decisions.

We’re proud to be independent, founder-led and growing fast. Alongside our award-winning products, we’ve built a culture we’re equally proud of. We are ranked as one of the UK’s Top 25 Great Places to Work for mid-sized companies. Respect, collaboration and personal growth sit at the heart of how we work. You’ll find flexibility, support and opportunities to develop here, alongside regular team socials and funded CPD.

Role Description:

This is a brilliant opportunity for a digitally savvy, energetic marketer who loves getting stuck in and moving things forward. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be a hands-on force across customer marketing, brand, and CRM, helping bring IMP’s story to life across every touchpoint.

You’ll work across customer communications and advocacy, act as an internal brand champion building branded content, webpages, propositions, sales decks and collateral, and be a driving force behind our customer marketing through HubSpot. You’ll partner closely with our Product, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to keep our customers engaged and informed.

We’re a close-knit, fast-moving team that supports each other to do great work. If you’re passionate, full of energy, and excited by the chance to learn quickly and use AI to sharpen everything you do, you’ll thrive here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
