Marketing Executive
Junior Marketing Specialist | Full Marketing Skillset Development || Hybrid Working After Probation

Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and wider team, you’ll play a meaningful role in brand growth, audience engagement, and strategic marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing

Social Media & Engagement
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Monitor channels, respond to comments/messages, and drive growth.

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Write blogs, articles, case studies, and other content.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop compelling brand stories.

Web & User Experience
- Update website content for SEO and user engagement.
- Analyze performance and suggest improvements.

Email Marketing & Campaigns
- Assist in creating and executing email campaigns.

Events & Reporting
- Support event initiatives and compile data-driven marketing reports.

Multi-Project Work
- Take on varied projects, refine skills, and learn on-the-fly—each task matters to business success.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Basic qualifications like a degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications or Business.
- Up to 1 year’s marketing experience (if applicable)—either as a grad or a first-time marketer.
- Passion for marketing and long-term career commitment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-motivation, reliability—the ability to take ownership and juggle tasks.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including social media, content, and SEO basics.

Bonus (But Not Essential)
- Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- SEO knowledge and website optimization awareness.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience for content creation.
- Exposure to CRM or marketing automation tools.
