Through our retail stores, e-commerce platform, and brand partnerships, we create memorable customer experiences while driving innovation in fragrance retail.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing campaigns across retail, digital, events, and visual merchandising. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who enjoys being in stores, working with suppliers, coordinating events, and ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects our premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate promotional activities across stores, website, CRM, social media, and paid marketing.
  • Assist with campaign calendars and ensure all marketing assets are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of POS and marketing materials.

Visual Merchandising (VM)

  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines across all retail locations.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure VM standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate seasonal launches, window displays, promotional zones, and product animations.
  • Work closely with retail teams to improve the in-store customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve store presentation and customer engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
