Job Description
We are partnering with a high-growth business that is transforming the mortgage and lending market through innovative technology and a customer-first approach. Following a period of exceptional growth, they are looking to hire a Marketing Executive to join their ambitious and collaborative marketing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer who wants to develop their career within a scaling business where they can gain broad exposure, take ownership of projects, and make a genuine impact.
Role Overview
My client is looking for a hands-on, proactive Marketing Executive who has already gained experience working within a start-up or scale-up environment. Experience in a start-up or scale-up business is essential. The ideal candidate will understand the pace, agility, and adaptability required in a high-growth company, where priorities can evolve quickly and everyone is expected to contribute beyond their job description.
Working as part of a small but highly effective marketing team, you'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across sales, product, data, and compliance, supporting the execution of campaigns that directly contribute to business growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
