Job Title: Marketing Executive

Employer: Gian Prospero Bernetti T/A Dolce and Salato

Place of work: Rathmucllig West Ballygarvan, Co Cork

Salary: €37,544 per year

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive will support the company's growth by planning and implementing marketing activities, promoting products and services, analysing market trends, and strengthening customer engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the company's business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Assist in promoting new products, seasonal offers and other business initiatives.
  • Analyse customer feedback and campaign performance, preparing reports and recommending improvements.
  • Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials and ensure consistency with the company's brand.
  • Support the company's digital marketing activities, including website, email and social media communications.
  • Work closely with management to develop marketing initiatives that support sales growth and customer retention.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers and marketing service providers where required.
  • Keep up to date with marketing trends and identify opportunities to improve business performance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in marketing, client engagement, business development or a similar commercial environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. (Desirable)
  • Experience preparing reports and analysing marketing performance. (Desirable)
