About Us
Templant are a part of The Camfaud Group and are a leading temporary power specialist providing emergency and planned power solutions across the UK.
Established in 1989, we operate 24/7, 365 days a year, supporting industries including construction, data centres, utilities, healthcare, events, infrastructure, rail, and critical backup power environments.
We operate a growing fleet of over 500 generators ranging from 20kVA to 1250kVA, alongside fuel tanks, battery energy storage systems (BESS), distribution equipment, load banks, and specialist cable solutions.
At Templant, we pride ourselves on delivering fast response times, high-quality equipment, excellent customer service, and innovative monitoring solutions that help keep customer operations running without interruption.
The Role
We are an established and growing business looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Marketing Executive to take ownership of all marketing activities across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven individual to play a key role in strengthening the Templant brand, generating leads, supporting business growth, and increasing our presence across digital and traditional marketing channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, SEO, website content, email marketing campaigns, graphic design, digital advertising, content creation, and supporting exhibitions and industry events.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage and grow Templant's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including project updates, customer case studies, company news, equipment showcases and sustainability initiatives.
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, datasheets, presentations, advertisements, vehicle graphics, and exhibition displays.
- Produce high-quality visual content using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other design software.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage and update company websites, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant, and optimised.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing website optimisation.
- Create blog articles, case studies, press releases, newsletters, and website content.
- Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Monitor and report on website traffic, SEO performance, social media engagement, and campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Capture and edit photography and video content from depots, customer sites, projects, and company events.
- Coordinate marketing activities for exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Liaise with suppliers, printers, external agencies, and media partners when required.
- Support the sales team with lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and enhance the company's online reputation, Google Business Profile, and digital presence.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, AI tools, and marketing best practices.
- Produce monthly reports on marketing performance, lead generation, website traffic, and campaign ROI.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a marketing, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven experience with SEO and website optimisation.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar creative software (desirable).
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and content creation skills.
- Experience managing websites and content management systems such as WordPress.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and marketing reporting tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar.
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Previous experience capturing and editing photography and video content across depots, project sites, events, and customer locations for use across digital and marketing channels (desirable).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing activities.
- Experience within construction, engineering, plant hire, utilities, industrial, or related sectors (desirable).
- Positive, professional, and reliable approach to work.
Hours
Full-time position 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
