Company Description

McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 20+ designer outlets in 8 countries.

Job Description

We’re looking for a social-first Marketing Executive who knows how to create content that captures attention and drives engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our West Midlands designer outlet centre to life across digital—driving footfall, sales, and online buzz.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll own the day-to-day management of our social channels, website, and email—keeping content fresh, on-brand, and relevant.
  • From planning scroll-stopping campaigns and briefing photo/video shoots, to jumping on trends and collaborating with retailers to promote new launches, offers, and events—you’ll help shape how we show up online.
  • You’ll also track performance closely, using insights and data to refine content and continuously improve results.

Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of social media and digital storytelling.
  • A creative eye for content, with the confidence to bring new ideas forward.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in retail and fashion (highly desirable).
  • Experience with content tools, CMS platforms, and editing software (e.g. Photoshop).
